The process

First of all, it is important to dispel a myth about Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy IS NOT hypnotism. No one will control your mind and make you do things you do not want to. Most people are familiar with stage hypnosis.
Stage hypnosis is not real.

Hypnosis is a state of heightened awareness, sometimes called a trance. This is achieved through guided relaxation and you will always be in control. You will NEVER be made to do or say anything you don’t want to, and you can come out of hypnosis whenever you want.

In hypnosis, the subconscious mind plays a dominant role in treatment and everyone can reach that state of trance.

STEP 1: Initial Consultation
Schedule a free, confidential discovery call to briefly discuss your needs and the best approach to treatment. This session includes a Client Intake Form (issue, symptoms, triggers, and habits) and initial planning about your needs and goals to help prepare for a successful outcome.

STEP 2: Schedule Sessions
We will schedule your therapy session(s). I will subsequently contact you at regular intervals to ensure the treatment is as effective as possible.
In the session we will work together to uncover the meaning and interpretation of events in your life and then change them. This leads to permanent, powerful results. 

In the session we will:

Discover the root, the cause, and the reason for your issue.

Uncover the limiting beliefs that have held you back.

Change the meaning attached to events from your past so you can be liberated.

Reclaim your voice, your power, and your self-worth.

Reconnect with the extraordinary confidence you were born with.

Rewire your mind for success and live the life you are meant to live.

Experience permanent, all-pervasive transformation. 

We will work together to empower the mind to tell the body
what to do,
how to react and
how to feel,
and alter and improve the messages the body sends to the mind in order to overcome your issue. 

Depending on your availability, your sessions can either take place in person or online.
STEP 3: Coaching (or Mentoring)

Remember: You are not alone.
After your session(s), you will benefit from a monthly meeting, for a period of three months. In these meetings, you will continue to be supported through a holistic life coaching approach, which focuses on connecting mind, body, and spirit, so you can live even more intentionally and more mindfully, and be able to truly heal, be complete, remove blockages, and move forward. This is a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and/or professional potential. (source
