We all know that dieting and weight-loss is a multi-billion industry, and billions are indeed spent each year on products (“magic pills”, new diets, pieces of equipment, etc.) Every time a new fashionable diet or product comes out, there seems to be a new light of hope for those of us who have struggled with our weight for years. That bright light, however, soon fades away. Millions remain overweight and two-thirds of those who lose weight put it back on in less than a year.

There are wonderful nutritionists out there, capable of creating the adequate nutritional plan for you. This is indeed a great place to start if you wish to re-educate yourself about food.
