Students & Young Adults

“You don’t have to be great to start,

but you have to start to be great.”

Zig Ziglar

There are so many reasons to celebrate youth. Young people are visionaries, innovators, communicators, creators. They are doers and makers, they challenge negative stereotypes, they create miracles when inspired and motivated.

However, reality, as we know it, brings challenges to these young hearts who often lack the emotional maturity and experience to deal with them. A lot of them worry when experiencing difficulties or problems at school or University. They may be dealing with pressure to get good results or to be accepted by their peers.

Some of these issues may also include:

  • Finding schoolwork challenging/ Organisational issues
  • Concentration/ Procrastination
  • Exam stress
  • Lack of confidence and self-esteem
  • Relationships with friends, classmates, teachers
  • Anorexia or bulimia
  • Bullying
  • Problems at home
  • Anxiety/ depression/ OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour)
  • Specific challenges (dyslexia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyspraxia, or autism)

It is important for young people to know that they are not alone, and they do not have to go through anything on their own. Hypnotherapy can assist them in understanding the root, the real cause of their issue and support them significantly in dealing with their issues.

Young people can also benefit from mentoring sessions following hypnotherapy.
